Faculty

LCPA's faculty and West End guest list is unrivalled in the United Kingdom. The course is overseen by Principal Claire Pourret, Executive Director Laurence Mark Wythe and Creative Director Gary Watson. The senior team comprises our Vice Principal Chris Stoddart (Evita, Jersey Boys, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat) and Head of Dance Hayley Elston-Love (Celebrity Cruises, choreographer). Our director of technical studies/production arts is Matt Edwards (Rose Bruford, Brit School).

Alongside them we have our core faculty of Nicola Munns (Call the Midwife, The Liver Birds), Joel Cooper (42nd Street, Wicked), Julian Brandon (Spanish & Finnish National Ballet), Phil Snowden (Billy Elliot, Rocketman), choreographer Hazel Sommerville and Paul Monaghan (The Phantom of the Opera, Mary Poppins).

Our industry guest tutors and speakers include Matt Croke from Aladdin, Millie O’Connell from SIX Hamilton’s Jon-Scott Clark and Sophie Isaacs from the West End cast of Heathers and SIX; choreographer and dancer Sam Salter; Wicked London's current Elphaba, Alice Fearn; West End coach Sophie Linder-Lee; Musical Theatre Mentor Sophia Ragavelas. Our graduates have gone on to major performing arts courses in the UK and our focus is on successful progression for all of our students.
